I have been a professional photographer for over 45 years. I am originally from Monterey California and moved to Maui in 2013.

In my last incarnation, my photography was much about weddings,

commercial photography and portraiture. During all those years

of “making a living in photography”, I also shot a lot of nature,

which is my is true passion.

I capture bright colorful subjects, and compose my shots using

mostly macro and long lenses(occassionally very wide as wll), giving the viewer

a different perspective and appreciation of the subject.

My work is represented in Maui Hands, Paia as well as Artisana Gallery on the mainland

I also post images on various photography websites, and

have won over 50 awards for my work in nature.

I am currently enjoying the kama’aina life on Maui,

and loving all that Mother Nature has to offer.
